Introductions

I made a New Years resolution to workout more because I wanted to be more toned and, since I don't have cable, didn't realize until recently that it lines up with the DSC Body Challenge. So I signed up. And boy, oh boy, am I happy to have found this LJ community for support! I'm excited to encourage and be encouraged.

Here's my story: I am not doing this to lose weight. In fact, I honestly hope to gain some (since muscle is denser than fat). However, despite the fact that the scales flatter me when I happen upon one, I am horribly out of shape. I'm bulgy and saggy and I've got wiggly underarms that old women have. In short: I need muscle. So, I hope you all can accept me into this challenge in order to get toned like the rest of you, because even scrawny girls could use the ability to do a push-up if need be. ^_^

Weight: 120
Goal: 115 but TONED

Heyo ^_^; welcome to the community, that is slowly growing. Hope more people join as it gets under way. I'm joining to assist in dropping weight. I've all ready started myself, dropped 16 pounds, possibly more, my official weigh in is on Sunday so ^^;
